5 Accessories Every Man Should Own

Every man's wardrobe should be a reflection of his personality and accessories are a great way to show it off. Building a transitional wardrobe that takes you through season after season, and day to night is not easy, but once you've built the base it's easy to add accessories that pop. Here are five accessories that every man should own.

For many men, this is probably the only accessory they own, but many don't invest in a good watch. A watch should carry you throughout your day, so make it a good one. Invest in a piece that will be timeless and transitional - allowing you to wear it for years for any occasion.

I can't tell you how many guys I see daily with either no wallet or an overstuffed bad wallet. Aside from a watch, every guy should be investing in at least one good wallet.

Just like your shoes, your belt should be of good quality leather. Black and brown are the go to colors; they will match with every suit and last you for decades to come.

One of my personal favorite accessories -though I haven't been able to wear them recently - sunglasses are more than just eyewear protection. Sunglasses can provide a touch of personality to your wardrobe, but never wear them with formal wear or at night; CHEESY!

Can we be honest? I don't own cufflinks, but I need to invest in a pair. Cufflinks add a bit of sophistication and professionalism to your look. They come in various materials and styles but opt for cleaner less eccentric links.
