There's no fabric like denim, and lately, I've been falling in love with denim more and more. Most avoid denim jeans because it's known to be uncomfortable, but it's one of the most versatile fabrics that doesn't lose its appeal after numerous wears; it gets better. And now that designers are showing denim season after season, it's hitting streetwear harder than before. Here are five ways you can wear your denim jeans in any season.

One of my favorite looks recently is this pair of distressed denim jeans (I distressed myself) that I paired with a basic woven and camo printed slippers. Distressed jeans have grown in popularity over the past few years, and the key to wearing them is to pair them with more minimal pieces.
This look takes me back to a time when all I wore was denim, a t-shirt, and a blazer. I haven't worn a blazer in at least two years (crazy I know), but I'm not a suit guy and if you aren't either, this easily can be your go-to. Simply pair one of your favorite blazers with any pair of jeans and a solid t-shirt, polo, or woven for a casual, yet effective look.
A little urban streetwear twist is what this look is about. I paired an extended sweater with a pair of slightly torn jeans and bomber. This is an easy look to recreate for your down days of errands.
Another favorite of mine is the classic denim on denim; this look will never get old to me. The key to this is to pair two different washes of denim together, but if you're more daring, you can pair the same wash together and layer on a denim jacket.
