Green Smoothie Recipe


As someone on the go and continuing to struggle with eating healthy, smoothies have been my go-to for getting my daily dose of fruits and veggies. If that is you, try out this simple green smoothie recipe.


1 Large handful of Spinach
1 Banana
Half of Green Apple
1 inch of Cucumber (peeled)
1 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
2 Tables Ground Flaxseed
Squeeze of fresh Lemon
1/2 Cup of Almond or Coconut Milk
3-4 Ice Cubs
